BANGKOK—U.N. refugee officials want access to a group of more than 150 ethnic Hmong they believe may have been wrongly repatriated to Laos from Thailand, to find out if they still want to resettle in a third country, according to the refugee agency spokeswoman.

Sofar there are only illegal migrants and no refugees, the international refugee convention is sowith not applicable. The access for refugee purpose is so with not well founded. Access is accordingly rejected. The same is also for another opinion that the return home of hmong would be against the said convention because of persecution is also not founded, because of no persecution existed. The acess for sreening or persuading hmong to reside in the usa is also rejected. The access can sowith only be a normal official visit and always posible.

Today we are in the world of rule of laws. we should work and do based on laws, also in the international arena. the politics is only the ways and means we explain how rule of laws can be reached.
